May and June
Today we want to tell you what our collective has done in the previous two months. As it’s technically impossible to include everything we did or delivered in this time into one post, look for more detailed information in the slides.
In May, together with GNIP we completed an enormous fundraiser for 6 EW systems. We managed to order even more of them, namely 7. By now 5 of them have already been delivered to fighters, the others are being manufactured. Another fundraiser was also successfully closed, for a car for the Belarusian anti-fascist Punk. It has already been purchased and delivered to the fighter.
We continue to develop our FPV branch. We’ve sent 6 video transmitters, 2 antennas, 1 amplifier, 2 cameras, and 1 Mavic 2 Pro drone to drone operators. And our own workshop manufactured 12 FPV drones. Another 9 are in progress.
In May-June, we went on 2 humanitarian trips. During the first one, we visited the Sumy and Kharkiv regions and delivered household appliances, blankets, bedsheets, dishes, and medicines to people displaced from frontline villages. And during the second trip to Kupyansk and Druzhkivka, we focused on helping hospitals. We also delivered hundreds of kilograms of pet food to local animal volunteers.
Russian attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure have made access to electricity much more difficult for both civilians and the military. That is why in May and June we delivered 5 charging stations, 2 generators, 2 uninterruptible power supply kits, 19 power banks, and a solar panel. Among other equipment, we delivered 5 laptops, a tablet, a spectrum analyser, 2 routers, etc.
We continue to send our fighters protection from fragments and bullets: 2 Ustrash helmets, 8 armored plates, and ballistic inserts. As for military equipment, we delivered 2 Sordine active headphones, 4 load-bearing equipment systems, 2 plate carriers, 20 sleeping bags, 18 mats, and many other things. Among military clothing, we delivered 2 pairs of boots, 2 sets of thermal underwear, tactical pants, UBACS, socks. As for tactical medicine, we delivered 26 CAT tourniquets, 92 bandages, 14 EpiPens, 32 thermal blankets, 4 IFAKs, 13 SAM splints, as well as intraosseous access systems, stretchers, and many other things.
In addition, we paid 6 subsidies to fighters and volunteers who do not receive a salary. We also covered medical rehabilitation services for four other fighters.
Finally, in June, the Solidarity Collectives turned 2. We marked the anniversary with a big public event. So we are very grateful to you for supporting us for these 2 months. And for these 2 years.
