May and June
In the past two months, we successfully completed several major fundraisers. We raised funds for 2 Mavics, a thermal vision device, a set of sights and a silencer; we also fixed 2 cars. Another 2 Mavic 3t were delivered to the fighters.
In terms of technical equipment, in the past 2 months we’ve sent 3 tablets with cases and bags, 4 generators, a watch with GPS, 8 civilian Motorola radios and 2 digital Baofengs, 13 power banks, memory cards, and a laptop for a drone operator.
In terms of the wearable equipment, we bought a helmet, 2 sets of pads for helmets, 1 rails, an anti-fragment suit, 3 fanny packs, 4 sitting mats and 2 ballistic packages for them, side protection, 3 pairs of active headphones, 6 plate carriers, 2 plates, 2 pairs of binoculars, 2 monoculars, rifle add-ons, 18 gas canisters, 19 various pouches, etc.
In addition, we sent a lot of medical supplies, both civilian and tactical. For fighters and company medics, we sent 51 CAT tourniquets, 16 chest seals, 10 IFAK med kits, 42 Israeli bandages, 11 hemostatic bandages, 100 thermal blankets, etc. And for a stabilization point, 3 hospitals and a shelter for seriously ill animals, we sent 15 boxes of medical expendables and equipment.
We continue to support international volunteers fighting in the AFU who are unable to receive compensation. We sent financial aid to 9 fighters in May and 8 fighters in June.
Our help for people affected by the war doesn’t end either. In May, we sent construction equipment to residents of 5 villages in Mykolayiv and Kherson Regions. And later, when the Kakhovka HEPP was destroyed and a part of the Kherson Region was flooded, we went there to help. For people to be able to restore their flooded homes, we gave them 11 heat cannons, 7 high-pressure washers, anti-mold chemicals, animal feed for the local shelter and many other things.
It all became possible for one reason only—thanks to your support! It is you who make Solidarity Collectives’ continued work possible.
