Gathering aid for displaced persons in Dobropillia

About this campaign

In recent months, the front line in Eastern Ukraine has advanced significantly. Dozens of settlements have been occupied or completely destroyed by the Russian army, including large cities such as Selydove. Fighting is ongoing for Kurakhove, and mandatory evacuation has been announced for Pokrovsk.

The advance of the Russian army has caused a new large wave of refugees who were forced to quickly leave their homes and seek temporary shelter in nearby cities. One of the cities that took in people is Dobropillia. However, surviving in a new place is something the displaced people, many of whom are women with children, have to manage on their own. Compact accommodation of people in schools or hotels, as was done at the beginning of the invasion, is impossible due to the threat of missile strikes on civilian facilities. Thus, these people are in great need of help. Their needs are currently very basic: warm clothing, footwear, heaters, household appliances. Some even lack dishes. We truly want to support these people and urge you to join us in doing so.

From November 16 to 24, we will be collecting aid for Dobropillia.

Please bring warm jackets, winter boots, fleece sweaters, and other warm clothing in good condition. Blankets, bedding sets, household appliances, and cookware are also greatly needed.

You can bring the items to:

– our office on Saksahanskoho Str. (contact us to clarify);

– to the Place AMbar bar

Velyka Vasylkivska Str., 6A

You can also send items by Nova Post.
