About this campaign

Next weekend on the 22 of March, we are going back on a humanitarian mission to Dobropillia, Sumy, Vysokopillya and Druzhkivka. We need your help to make it happen urgently. We had more requests coming and we are lacking funds to buy all the necessary.

The city of Dobropillia has become a temporary home for a lot of people who left their homes after Kurakhove was captured by the Russian army and the Russians advanced near Pokrovsk. But the war has reached this city as well. On March 7, the Russian army bombed the city using a Tornado multiple rocket launcher, killing 11 and injuring 50 civilians. So the local residents really need support.

We also plan to visit Sumy and Vysokopillia once again. In Sumy, we will meet with teenagers from villages along the border, and in Vysokopillia, we will see IDPs from Vovchansk and the surrounding towns.

In Druzhkivka, located 25 kilometers from the front line, there is a small community of 10 people who survived the Holocaust. These are men and women over the age of 80 who are in great need of support. They have reached out to us for help, and we will do our best to meet their needs.

You can also help us by donation to one of our humanitarian accounts or by sending items that will be useful to people: bedding, towels, hygiene kits, small household appliances, etc. You can send these to us through Nova Post or bring them to our office (contact us, and we will explain how to do it). This time we’ve received a lot of requests for dishes and kitchenware, so we call on you to sort through your kitchen cupboards. Are there any plates, cups or pots which you don’t need, gathering dust in there?

With everything that’s been happening in the world lately, you don’t know what to expect. The US’s unpredictable behavior, unclear hints at a ceasefire (even though fire from the enemy side has been incessant) — all of this leads to excessive anxiety.

However, our task is to do everything possible to continue supporting people who have suffered and continue suffering.
